Hello, I'm Monica.

I am deeply humbled to serve girls and women from diverse backgrounds on their journey towards healing and wholeness.

In addition to my core services with Grace to Live Center, we also serve & partner with Hospice, Marketplace  & Religious Organizations.

Our mission is to meet  each individual  where they are.

I firmly believe that establishing trust with each client is paramount, achieved through a non-judgmental and safe haven environment.

Furthermore, I advocate for integrating psychological and faith-based concepts into our framework.

This is what sets our center apart;  is the seamless integration of faith, spirituality, and clinical practices into our model.

I am convinced that this fusion of spiritual exploration and mental health support fosters wholeness, healing, and growth for those seeking our services.

Born and raised in New Jersey.  Currently reside in Virginia. 

I currently hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Christian Counseling, Minor in Theology.

In addition, 

I am a Certified Temperament & Licensed Counselor, Professional Clinical Member through NCCA and Licensed Board-Certified Chaplain. 

I am a published Author of four books.

I pride myself in keeping a focus balance on:
