 We currently have to options in which you the client can join into your scheduled session appointment. 

By Video: At the time of your scheduled appointment click on the hyperlink below *in green* to your assigned  therapist , and follow the instructions. (Once connected your session will be locked and secured - for privacy ) 

or if your have chosen the phone option: 

By Phone:   At the time of the scheduled session, please stay near the telephone, your Counselor, Therapist will call you. 

Please note in person sessions are still an option if you are located in Richmond or surrounding areas.
